Refund Categories

Different types of transactions have different refund policies.

College Application Fees

  • Application fees paid through CampusPe are generally non-refundable once submitted to the respective college.
  • If a college cancels an application or admission offer, the application fee may be refunded as per the college's policy.
  • Processing fees charged by CampusPe for facilitating payments are non-refundable.

College Tuition & Other Fees

  • Tuition fees and other college charges are subject to the refund policy of the respective educational institution.
  • CampusPe acts as a payment facilitator and does not determine refund eligibility for college fees.
  • Refund requests must be initiated with the respective college directly.
  • Once approved by the college, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Platform Services

  • Premium subscription services, if any, are non-refundable once activated.
  • If CampusPe is unable to deliver a promised service due to technical issues, a full refund will be provided.
  • Refund requests for platform services must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a college?
