By creating an account and using CampusPe, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read all sections applicable to your user type carefully.
Terms and conditions applicable to students using CampusPe for college applications, job searches, and placement activities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
CampusPe reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
CampusPe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also request account deletion. Certain provisions survive termination including limitation of liability and indemnification.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
