By accessing or using the CampusPe platform, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CampusPe Technologies Private Limited ("CampusPe," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CampusPe provides an AI-powered platform that connects students, educational institutions, and employers. Our Services include but are not limited to: • College search and comparison tools • Unified college application system • Fee payment facilitation • Job and internship listings and applications • Campus placement coordination • AI-powered matching for opportunities • WhatsApp-based notifications and communication We act as an intermediary platform and do not guarantee admission to any educational institution or employment with any company.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When you make payments through CampusPe, you agree to the following: • All fees displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers • We are not responsible for payment failures due to issues with your bank or payment method • College fees, application fees, and other institutional charges are set by the respective institutions • CampusPe may charge convenience fees for certain transactions For refund policies, please refer to our separate Refund Policy page.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Providing false or misleading information in your profile or applications • Impersonating another person or entity • Using the Services for any illegal purpose • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access our Services without permission • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users • Using the Services to spam or send unsolicited communications • Violating the intellectual property rights of CampusPe or third parties • Circumventing any security measures on the platform

All content on the CampusPe platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design, is the property of CampusPe Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks or logos without written consent • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform (such as your resume or profile information), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process this content to provide our Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee: • Admission to any educational institution • Employment or placement with any company • The accuracy of information provided by colleges or employers • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services • The suitability of any college, course, or job opportunity for your needs CampusPe acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for decisions made by educational institutions, employers, or other users on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusPe Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services • Actions or decisions of educational institutions or employers • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CampusPe Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Any content you submit to the platform • Your interactions with educational institutions, employers, or other users
